We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Where we process data on behalf of our business clients while delivering services (for example during IT support or data recovery), we act as a data processor under our client agreements.

We collect only what we need:

• Contact details: name, email, phone number and company, when you submit an inquiry, call, email or WhatsApp us.
• Inquiry content: the service you are interested in and any information you include in your message.
• Client & service data: account, billing and technical details needed to deliver contracted services, such as device information, site access requirements and support tickets.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and referring URLs, collected through server logs and, with your consent, cookies.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data through this website, and we ask you not to send it to us unless necessary.
