Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses this website or any network, system, email, hosting, software or managed service provided, configured or supported by Xperts Matrix Information Technology Network Service L.L.C. (“Services”). It forms part of our Terms of Service. Clients are responsible for ensuring their staff and users comply.

You must not use the Services to:

• Break any law of the UAE, including Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes.
• Store, transmit or distribute unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful or offensive content, or content contrary to UAE public morals.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person.
• Engage in fraud, phishing, impersonation or misrepresentation.
• Promote or facilitate gambling, terrorism, money laundering or other prohibited activities.

You must not:

• Gain or attempt unauthorised access to any system, account, network or data.
• Probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without written authorisation.
• Introduce malware, ransomware, viruses or other harmful code.
• Launch or take part in denial-of-service attacks or otherwise disrupt Services.
• Bypass security controls, licensing, monitoring or content filters.
• Share credentials or allow unauthorised people to use your accounts.

• No unsolicited bulk email (spam) or messages that breach UAE telecommunications regulations.
• No forging of headers or sender identity.
• No excessive use of shared resources that degrades service for others.
• No use of VoIP or communication services in breach of TDRA rules.

• Keep passwords confidential and enable multi-factor authentication where offered.
• Report suspected security incidents to us promptly at info@xpertsmatrix.com.
• Use only properly licensed software on systems we manage.
• Follow reasonable security recommendations we provide.

We may monitor Services we manage for security, performance and compliance, in line with our agreements and applicable law. If we reasonably believe this AUP has been breached, we may investigate, remove content, suspend or restrict access, terminate Services, and report matters to the relevant UAE authorities. Where possible, we will notify you first.

To report abuse or a suspected breach of this policy, email info@xpertsmatrix.com with as much detail as possible. We treat reports confidentially.

We may update this AUP to reflect changes in law, technology or our Services. The latest version is always published on this page.
